More good times working with the super-talented Emily Barker and some of her mates, shooting and editing the video for Emily's new album's title track Sweet Kind of Blue.
Filmed in and around Brown's Hotel in London, Rocco Forte Hotels wanted a film that wrapped their new "Suite Experience" options into a luxurious narrative of a family's stay at one of Mayfair's cosiest hotels.
What an adventure making this film for Liberation Nuts, a fairtrade nut seller in the UK and online. It involved a fascinating short trip to the Amazonian far north of Bolivia. It's one world dudes!
After working as Script Supervisor / Continuty on the feature film Hector it was great fun to help my old friend, and this wonderful movie's first time dirtector Jake Gavin, shoot the video of the beautiful opening track of the film: "Anywhere Away" by the amazing Emily Barker. Jake also did the grading on this video which is superb. I shot the footage of Emily Barker in the video - obviously not the film itself which was shot by the brilliant cinematographer David Raedeker.

It was incredibily inspiring making this fundraidsing film for UpRising: a fantastic charity set up by the brilliant Labour MP Rushanara Ali to help young people with drive and ambition, but with no "old school ties", get into leadership positions in the government, business, media and charity sectors. Keep on rising UpRisers!
